It might be bedtime, and I might be tired but I will still protect my little brother! I love baby Noah!!! |
This past weekend, we were so privileged to welcome our friends from Nelspruit, South Africa. I (Melvin) met Steve and Liz Lambert (pictured at the end of the table) back in 2005/6 when I once visited their church. At each turn in the road, their friendship and help has been such a blessing to us. They provide a home for us 'away from home'. The twins also love visiting them!
The team ministered at the Intaka church. They told the story of David and Goliath. They then erected a giant Goliath. All of the activities and games were enjoyed by all!

Thank you so much to our friends from Church Unlimited in Nelspruit for a great weekend!! Thank you also to Laura for translating and Fernanda for looking after Abigail and Joshua so we could go to church with the team on Sunday! We are blessed by great colleagues!
Please pray for us over the next week as we prepare for our annual Field Council this weekend where we explore plans for ministry for the coming year. Also pray for us as we travel to Johannesburg in order to speak at Saint Andrews church. We plan to leave Mozambique on Thursday 16th, stay one night in Nelspruit and then travel to Johannesburg on 17th. We will speak at the youth on Friday night and then at the morning and evening services on Sunday. Please pray for us as we prepare that we will bring God's message. Melvin's brother, Denver, and his wife, Joanne, arrive on 19th and will return with us from Johannesburg. Pray that we will have safe travel and a blessed time together! Thank you for your partnership!
